Interested in Becoming a Hempfest 2012 Vendor? Here's How!

Reserve Your Booth Space for 2012. Hempfest 2012 will be a three-day event with food, guest speakers, music, activists, and live entertainment, plus vendors offering their wares at highly visible vending locations throughout the event grounds. Organizers are predicting a high turnout for the 2012 event; an estimated 4,500 people attended Hempfest 2011, drawn from all over the West coast. Based on vendor results from prior fests, earth-friendly and hemp-based products in particular can stimulate high sales to Hempfest's target audience. This may be your best opportunity all year to offer your products to this specialized market.

There are several unique opportunities and options available to Hempfest vendors. Similar to Seattle Hempfest, there is a Hemp Fashion Show, at which hemp-materials vendors can model fashions, demonstrate arts and crafts, and provide food samples to the crowd. For vendors who act too late to reserve a booth (or prefer to work without one), Hempfest offers a strolling vendor option that has proven popular with musicians, minstrels, entertainers, and food sellers. To advance the cause of hemp activism, Hempfest will donate up to 20 free booths to activists and nonprofits that do not offer any products for sale.

The first step in becoming a vendor is to fill out the Vendor Application completely and mail it back to us as quickly as possible, together with any applicable vendor fees and copy of your insurance coverage.
